Our little Adrian school had a fall carnival. It was perfect for young children. I was busy helping Mrs Martin (1st grade) run our booth, the fishing booth. Tommy helped the kids have a good time. Some of the cousins came and had fun too! We didn't get too many photos, but the kids had a fabulous time.
Livy insisted on being a pink tutu princess (thrown together in 5 minutes due to her meltdown) even though we had a ladybug costume. Howie was Captain America.
Livy=Pink Tutu Princess, Abigail =Witch, Tessa=Little Bo Peep, Jaynee=Cleopatra, Evelynne=Pumpkin Princess, Kailani=Herminoe Granger, Howie=Captain America, Brigs=Skeleton.
There were a couple of class competitions all going on at the same time. One was the scarecrow competition. This is what I came up with for our class. {Sign says: Mrs. Martin and her little 'crows} I had gone in to the classroom one day and helped the kids make their own scarecrow on paint sticks. I think it turned out cute. The public was the voters that night and we ended up winning! It was fun, but a lot of work.
