Scootering with Dan

We have some great neighbors, Dan and Lauren, baby Sadie and their scooters. Months ago (pre-sadie and Lauren couldn't ride due to the pregnancy), Dan let Howie use a scooter and they went for a ride around the neighborhood. Well, Howie was hooked. He asked frequently if he could go "scooter-ing" with Dan. Frequently as in 2-3 times a week. Then Santa brought Howie a scooter for Christmas and the first thing out of his mouth was, "now I can go scootering with Dan!" Howie usually didn't ask early enough in the day to go scootering. Well, finally we got our schedules to mesh and Dan was so awesome and gracious to take Howie for a scootering ride. They went down to the park and on the trails. Howie had a blast! We are sad that our fun neighbors are moving, but happy for them since they bought a home.
