We enjoyed lots of outdoor activities. These snow fun pics were just outside the lodge. So much snow and so much fun!
Then we enjoyed an outing to a nearby hot springs. It was super fun. Crazy to have snow all around you and be nice and cozy in the hot mineral water. It had five different pools, each one colder than the previous one. The kids enjoyed the third pool which had a sandy floor and was only a foot and a half deep. You can see from the pictures that it was fun to have snow and hot water existing at the same time.
Then this was an outing to the sledding hill. We had a blast, some of the party suffered major wipeouts and the older kids at heart, even a broken rib (tommy).
I {LOVE} this photo of my nephew Thayne. He is catching some serious air on a tube. There were lots of fun photos, but this one is the coolest and showed that we had a great time.
Back to the lodge. This is the dorm style room. It is in the attic and is lined with twin beds on both sides of the room. The kids had a blast sleeping in there and even more fun waking up early and each other every morning.
Downstairs had a beautiful great room and kitchen that could almost hold us all at one time. We made it work. The fireplace was cozy and nice and kept us all warm.
The girls even snuck in a snowmobile trip too!
Enjoying each other: card games, video games, steelhead fishing, beading,

We had a WONDERFUL time. Love our family and how much we like to be around each other. We didn't have everyone there, missing a few and you guys were truly missed.
