Halloween 08

Halloween is so great! It is so much fun each year. We love it. This year, tommy got to enjoy some of the festivities with us until he had to go to work. Check him out! That's my hottie! This year I went dressed as a mother of two children (new for me!, but not that fun and hence why I don't need to be in any of the photos)
At the community carnival put on my the local church we hooked up with some of our friends. Check out Howie with Destin (skeleton), John and Gage (power rangers). Then, we went to the Haunted Mansion where the grounds were decked out in Halloween lights. It was a friendly atmosphere for families. It was great. Not to mention the train ride pulled by the golf cart (which the boys rode many a times). They were even handing out full sized candy bars. What a great place. Afterwards, we spilt up, went our ways and we decided to knock a few doors in our ward. It was so funny. People would ask who was under the mask and when he would lift it up, they would say, "Oh, it's Howie." Mind you, I am still trying to get to know people in our ward. They however, all know Howie. Awesome huh? I really enjoyed a good old fashioned knock on the door Halloween. I mean, I appreciate trunk or treats, but there is something to be said about walking around the neighborhood in the dark and hitting the houses one by one. Good times.

p.s. oh, we took a photo before getting ready to trick or treat. I think my little howie could pass for little girl. Maybe, this is what I have to look forward to from Olivia????
