Notice the new decor on my blog??? Living away from your family has some advantages, they can't see you getting larger and larger and the surprise announcement is pretty fun! We sent mom a card in the mail and both the priority mailer and on the card itself, it said not to open until Mother's Day. We were going to call her tomorrow morning before church and let her open the card, which had a photo of the ultrasound picture of our little girl. Mom was planning to come and visit us in July, but we kindly asked her to change her plans until end of September (the 28th to be exact) and see if she wouldn't mind staying a while to help out. We got a call this afternoon from her! She was a very disobedient mother (we are trying to teach howie obedience right now :) ) and opened it early! Well, the surprise it out, we are having a girl and we are delighted.
My pregnancy so far has been the same as with Howie. Lucky for me, I don't get sick. I am however, very tired all the time. I could take a 3-4 hour nap everyday and be fine. I just can't get enough sleep. I finally had to break out the maternity clothing this month. Grandpa Schulthies, you will have another bumper crop of grandchildren this year again: Lori just had Abigail Jean in April, Sheree is due in July and mine in September! How much fun and so much fun to have cousin's your own age to play with and grow up with.

Well, with best intensions in mind for the perfect Mother's Day gift, a day early,
HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY MOM.

hey guys, GREAT NEWS! Congratulations on that baby girl and for all the good things going on in your life! We enjoyed a beautiful Mother's Day here in Vancouver with my mom. We went exploring along the gorge and to Multnomah Falls...BEAUTIFUL! Take care! We miss you!
congrats Tara! Do you have an invite to our blog? I can't remember if I sent you one when I went private. If I didn't, e-mail me at: karli_jo77@hotmail.com and I'll send it. That is awesome news-your mom was pretty excited. I'm going to try and see Lori this week sometime. Abigail is a cute name... Have a great day!
Thanks for the comments guys! Jamie, I am glad you got to see a little of my country...my lovely Oregon! Multnomah Falls are so pretty. Say hi to my friends in Montana that I don't get to say hi to very often, the unconnected (internet) ones and the ward. Thanks so much. Karli, thanks for remembering me, I did get an invite and read your blog daily to get my fill on all things happening in the Owyhee Valley. Thanks so much, I usually know things before my parents call me!
Yeah!! Congratulations! What a naughty mom you have. ;) Cute story!
